Each class includes
Welcome and Introduction (~5 minutes): Warm welcome and introduction to the day’s practice
Warm-up and Preparation (~15 minutes): Gentle warm-up exercises (yoga asanas) to prepare your body and mind.
Pranayama – Breathing Exercises (~25 minutes): Core breathing exercises to harness the power of breath.
Guided Meditation and Relaxation (~10 minutes): Guided meditation and relaxation to calm the mind.
Closing remarks and time for reflection (~5 minutes): Closing remarks and time for reflection on the practice.
