What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellation Policy

For notices up to 61 days before the start of the trip:

  • You can apply for a 100% credit towards another trip date. This value can only be transferred once.
  • A cancellation fee of 30% will apply for a full cancellation, resulting in the loss of the amount paid to confirm the booking.

For notices between 60 and 46 days before the start of the trip:

  • A cancellation fee of 30% will apply, resulting in the loss of the amount paid to confirm the booking.

For notices less than 45 days before the start of the trip:

  • A cancellation fee of 30% will apply, resulting in the loss of the amount paid to confirm the booking.
  • Any expenses related to travel logistics already incurred will be deducted from the remaining amount paid by the traveller.

Additional Information:

  • There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early.

No Exceptions to Cancellation Policy:

  • There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including but not limited to COVID-19, weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations, or delays.
  • It is mandatory to subscribe to Travel Protection Insurance.

Mystic Astrology

What does a Mystic Astrology reading consist of?

A Mystic Astrology reading consists of studying your birth chart. For the construction of this, the date, place and exact time of birth are required. The birth chart is a snapshot of the heavens at the exact moment you came into the world and that, through its interpretation, allows you to understand and accept who you are, as well as your challenges, opportunities for growth and the best way to use energy in your advantage.

All my Astrology Readings include a Tarot Reading at the end to flavour the session.

How do Mystic Astrology readings work?

Readings are 1:1 online or in person at Centro de Haloterapia de Aveiro, and can be done in Portuguese or English. The recording and your charts (for astrology readings) are always included.

How long is a Mystic Astrology reading?

I offer three different sessions:

  • Cosmic Self: Unveiling your Journey – 90 minutes;
  • Cosmic Self: Who am I? – 60 minutes;
  • Cosmic Evolution Insights: 60 minutes;
Can I ask specific questions about my life in Mystic Astrology readings?

Yes, we will be able to approach life issues in general, family, professional, relational issues, karma… However, in terms of predictions, it is something that we must approach with care since energy is not stagnant and there is free will which influences the development of a given situation.

Can I make an appointment to get information about someone else?

No. My readings are related only to you and not to third parties. Only in exceptional cases, which must be duly analyzed, I may grant that the reading is carried out on behalf of third parties.

What is the price of a Mystic Astrology reading?

My price list is the following:

Is any material provided at the end of the reading?

Yes, at the end of the session, the birth chart and the audio of the reading are sent so you can listen again whenever necessary.

I want to book an appointment, what should I do?

After deciding which reading you want to book, just access the corresponding page and fill in the board choosing the desired date and time. Afterwards, you must fill in all the requested fields marked with an asterisk (*) and proceed with the payment.

None of the time slots are compatible with my availability, how should I proceed?

What happens after booking an appointment?

After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with access to Zoom ID.

What happens if I don't have availability on the scheduled date and time?

If for some reason you are not available to make the appointment at the scheduled date and time, please inform me through the contact form no later than 24 hours before the appointment, so that we can reschedule. Failure to show up for a scheduled session, without prior notice of 24 hours, does not give the right to a refund.
